Transmission Service
A transmission service improves performance, reduces component failure and increases transmission longevity.
Over time, transmission fluid oxidizes, thinning the fluid and depositing gums and varnishes on the transmission valve body and lines.
We recommend a drain and refill of the transmission fluid. Some vehicles have a transmission filter which we recommend replacing at this time.
We recommend this service every two years or 30,000 miles.

Technicians Tip: Two main causes of transmission failure are faulty radiators and worn transmission fluid. Quite often this is the result of infrequent transmission fluid and coolant changes. |
